Amal Ahmad Essa Al Thani is a proud Emirati who is passionate about learning, leadership and serving her community — a woman with a clear vision of preserving the UAE's rich cultural heritage while building a sustainable future for the next generation.
She completed her education at Dubai High School, where she was recognised for her outstanding leadership skills, positive attitude and active involvement in school activities. Throughout her school years, Amal inspired her classmates by leading projects, supporting school events and demonstrating responsibility and teamwork — values of leadership, excellence and community service that continue to guide her aspirations today.
Her mission is to inspire people to value Emirati traditions, protect the environment and strengthen community unity. Through cultural events, environmental initiatives and volunteer programmes, she turns her vision into meaningful action.
Her dedication empowers others to take pride in their heritage, care for the environment and contribute positively to their community.
Growing up in the UAE and studying at Dubai High School, Amal stood out for her leadership, optimism and dedication to helping others.
She became the first woman in her community to initiate and implement the "No Plastic" campaign, introducing public waste bins and encouraging responsible disposal and eco-friendly habits — earning recognition from the government and a local Sheikh.
Today she serves as Head of the Rewaq Ousha Cultural Heritage Educational Center under the leadership of Dr. Moosa, leading educational programmes, cultural exhibitions and community outreach.
She has collaborated with Chinese communities and cultural organisations, showcasing the heritage of both nations and fostering mutual understanding and friendship.
Amal envisions Dubai Regalia as a premier lifestyle brand — elegant bags, shoes, perfumes, abayas, kanduras and jewellery reflecting Emirati heritage and modern luxury.
